Wow, certainly a pretty cool vn, I enjoyed it till the end. As for your translation, it’s pretty good! I really felt and saw the dedication of really wanting to share this one to the world. Also I love the chapter/volume designations. For the creator, dang really cool pixel arts on this one, which, by no means of comparing or anything, it reminds me of another creator in mind I also have been playing a number. As for storywise, I can say it’s mostly straightforward, but also like has lil’ light/middle deep when it comes to lore/worldbuilding. I also enjoyed the characters. All of them are really pitiable to summarize and with little to no spoilers. Overall, again, I enjoyed it.
(also very cute art of nanase on that one devlog.)
Thank you for deciding to play through to the end after the issue from yesterday, glad to see you enjoyed it. Everything you said about the story and characters, I agree with and is the reason why I wanted to share this game so much. Their art also reminded me of something else, namely the art from the game SAEKO, which I don't know if that's what you were referring to, but both artists are crazy talented at pixel art. And thanks for the compliment on the fan art, too, that's very sweet.
I guess that's a possible one. Only heard the game, but never played that one, probably one day. But all I can say there are many that has like similar on pixel arts.
ok, welp, very interesting game, I guess I got to the ending, but for the pages, I hit an absolute dead end. Here is my current notes collection, and I just gave up, as I felt I already clicked every other choice, unless I’m having skill issue, or I ran into unknown bug. Tho this is a 3 year old game, I think if I could say something/criticize at least to the creator and during the page selection, I think it would help a bit to have a color if the word/one of the words has been chosen already before, or maybe even have like, if there are more than one that have same word that leads to more scenarios, probably like a different color. I know there’s like the flowchart, but even with the flowchart, I am very confused. I can understand, if there are limitations, or really wanted to have some classic difficulty I guess into it, but still I ended up giving up a bit for now.
I dunno what words I’m missing at this point that I haven’t click. I think it would be nice to have like a guide like somewhere. Also was it really part of design, you can’t go beyond page 59 and 67, and have to find another entry way to 60 and 68, or is it bugged, and supposed to have next into it?
If you haven't checked the hints, my first piece of advice would be to check there, especially the third one. If you have already checked the hints and you're okay with taking notes, then that would be my next piece of advice, and just keeping track of which ones you clicked multiple times and which ones you've only clicked on once. If you're not the type of person to take notes during gameplay, honestly, just go page by page and click on the words even if you think you've already clicked on them. Of course, only if/when you're ready to pick it up again, and if you're open to discovering the whole story. (Just looking off the ones you got, I feel like you're missing quite a big chunk of it.) If you're okay with just getting the ending, though, then that's more than okay, too.
I did actually check the hints, and I’m still lost, and already recheck every choices again, multiple times, I’m very honest. also again, tho I edited it a while ago, was beyond 59 and 67 intentionally not progressable, and had to be entered in a different way, or that was supposed to be accessible?
You go to those pages by clicking on words from other pages. From looking at the screenshot you sent, you have not gotten those pages that lead to either page 60 or 68.
EDIT: I'm double-checking the game right now and it appears there does seem to be an issue with a page that I haven't come across, yet, so I will try fixing it. Thanks for bringing this up.
EDIT 2: I just opened up the original game and it appears that issue is there, too, but I realized why I never came across it. At least for me, I always clicked on "Someone Special" first, but if you go through the whole game and get to the outcome without ever having clicked on it, whenever you go back to click on it after, it automatically leads to the final chapter and not to the other page it's supposed to lead to (which is a page you have not gotten, according to your flowchart). I'll ask the creator about anything to fix it in code, but for now, the only fix is to reset your data and click on "Someone Special" first. I will make sure to put this in the "Hints" section, too. Thank you again for the comment.
Ah thank you... Well I've been in those situations before, so it's fine. I thought I was going insane of not getting through the other pages, so I essentially found a way to softlock the game to not get the rest of the notes. Got it. (How do I keep finding these first in rare occasions.)
